HSE Coordinator

As an HSE Coordinator, you ensure that health, safety, and environmental awareness receive daily attention within our organization. You are visible on the work floor, organize toolbox meetings, identify risks, and help colleagues work safely and consciously. With your proactive mindset and energetic approach, you contribute to a working environment where people feel comfortable addressing each other and continuously strive for improvement. What you'll do

As an HSE Coordinator, you are visible on the work floor and actively contribute to a safe, healthy, and positive working environment. You work closely with colleagues, identify opportunities for improvement, and know how to engage others in safety awareness.

​

Specifically:

  • Organizing and conducting toolbox meetings

  • Identifying health and safety risks on the work floor

  • Raising colleagues’ awareness of safe working practices and encouraging them to address each other when necessary

  • Contributing ideas for improvements in the areas of labor, health, and environment

  • Carrying out workplace inspections and safety rounds

  • Supporting incident investigations and the follow-up of improvement actions

  • Contributing to a positive safety culture within the organization

  • Collaborating with different teams in a dynamic working environment

What you bring

You are energetic, curious, and not afraid to take initiative. You enjoy working with people and feel confident addressing colleagues when it comes to safety and behavior.

 

In addition:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking

  • You have an interest in health, safety, and environmental topics

  • You communicate easily with different colleagues

  • You work proactively and recognize opportunities to improve processes

  • You are eager to develop yourself within a growing organization

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

  • Part of the onboarding process involves undergoing a screening. Among other things, you must be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The costs for this are reimbursed by us.
