What you'll do

As a Teamlead, you are at the heart of the work floor and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You work actively.
You participate in the process, but at the same time maintain an overview of planning, quality, and the team. You are the link between the shop floor and the Supervisor. Is something stuck? Then you take care of it. Do you see that something could be done better? Then you take action.

 

  • Assisting in the packaging and finishing process

  • Monitoring planning, progress, and quality

  • Identifying and resolving daily bottlenecks

  • Managing and motivating operators and production employees

  • Onboarding and guiding new colleagues

  • Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace

  • Identify improvements and help implement

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader (preferably in a production environment such as packaging or finishing)

  • You are a coaching leader who motivates people.

  • Good command of the English language (minimum B1)

  • You maintain an overview when things get busy.

  • You address colleagues when necessary

  • You think in solutions, not in problems

  • Part of the onboarding process involves undergoing a screening. Among other things, you must be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The costs for this are reimbursed by us.
