What you will do
As Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial administration, reporting, planning & control cycle and financial analysis of multiple entities within MPGe. You will work closely with the management team and various operational support departments. In addition, you will play an important role in further professionalising the finance organisation and supporting MPGe’s growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the accounting operations and coordinating all financial processes, including monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.

Preparing financial reports, consolidations and management information, and analysing results to provide valuable insights to management.

Acting as a business partner for various support departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, HR and IT.

Managing cash flow, working capital, investment analyses and cost calculations.

Taking responsibility for transfer pricing matters and providing support on international tax-related topics.

Designing and monitoring internal controls and risk management, and developing scalable financial processes and systems with a focus on continuous improvement.

Maintaining relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulatory authorities, while actively contributing to the further professionalisation of the finance organisation.

Coaching and developing colleagues within the finance team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you can do
You are a finance professional who works accurately, thinks ahead and can easily switch between operational and strategic matters.
What will help you succeed:

Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking in Finance or Accounting.

Experience in financial control, reporting and analysis.

Knowledge of Dutch legislation and international reporting standards.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

You are analytical, accurate and act with integrity.

You have strong communication skills and perform well under pressure.

You are able to work independently within an international structure.
