MPGe is growing rapidly—new production lines, new technologies, and new investments. This growth requires a Finance Manager who can maintain oversight, think ahead, and ensure our financial processes are built on a solid foundation. You will be part of the MPGe Management Team and operate within an international structure, with a functional reporting line to Corporate Finance in the United States.

What you'll do
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial control, reporting, and compliance within MPGe. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support decision-making processes, and help build a future-proof finance organization.
Your responsibilities include:

Preparing financial reports and conducting analyses

Leading budgeting and forecasting processes

Coordinating audit preparation and ensuring compliance

Managing cash flow and working capital
-
Identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation measures

Acting as a business partner to operations, management, and investment projects

Leading and developing the finance team

Performing cost price analyses

Managing transfer pricing and (inter)national tax planning
What you bring
You are a finance professional who works accurately, thinks proactively, and can easily switch between operational and strategic levels.
Preferred qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience in financial control, reporting, and analysis

Knowledge of Dutch financial regulations and international reporting standards

Experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus

Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and integrity

Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure

Ability to operate independently within an international organizational structure
