Facility Assistant Working Student​

Ridderkerk | 8–16 hours per week | Facilities | €17 per hour

At MPGe, we’re growing rapidly — and that means our Facilities team plays a vital role in keeping our 4-hectare production site running smoothly. That’s why we’re looking for a Facility Assistant Working Student who enjoys being hands-on, thinking proactively, and taking responsibility.

What you'll do

As a Facility Assistant Working Student, you will support the Facilities Coordinator and help ensure that everything on and around the production floor is well organized. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, assist colleagues, and maintain oversight in an environment where no two days are the same.

  • Support daily facility operations and tasks

  • Place orders for materials, supplies, and services

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Welcome and coordinate external contractors during their work on-site

  • Assist the Facilities Coordinator with a variety of tasks and projects

  • Contribute ideas for improvements within the Facilities department

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in an MBO Level 4 or Bachelor's degree program in Facility Management or a related field

  • Preferably available for at least six months

  • Able to work independently while knowing when to seek support or coordinate with others

  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

  • A proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset

  • Part of the onboarding process involves undergoing a screening. Among other things, you must be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The costs for this are reimbursed by us.
